Pollution detection

When remediating polluted land, mapping the location of the pollutants takes significant time due to sample collection and analysis done by sending samples offsite to a laboratory for testing. These factors cause project delays and significant mobilization costs. This process adds at least a month to the remediation process and still only delivers estimates based on the sampling distances.

Further, it is impossible to know if the remediation process is complete without taking more samples and confirming a clean area - often resulting in remediation of extra soils at high costs for wasted remediation. Fieldstone’s products use advanced hyperspectral imagery to identify pollutants (arsenic, other heavy metals, and more), either in real time or overnight, producing high-resolution pollution maps or verification an area has been sufficiently remediated without lab-processing delays.
